insurance cannot be cancelled, except in the following circumstances: 1. The customer is cancelling within 14 days of inception because the cover does not suit their needs RULES A. No travel has taken place B. There has been no incident that may give rise to a claim C. No claim has been submitted 2. The travel dates have changed RULES A. Single Trip Insurance only B. A replacement policy has been issued with insure2travel for the new travel dates C. There has been no incident that may give rise to a claim D. No claim has been submitted 3. Broker issue error ERROR A. A replacement policy has been issued with insure2travel Cancellation is not allowed in any other circumstances. |
